Our Team

We were established in 2014 and now serve 7 states out of two locations, one in the Atlanta area and the other in the Chicagoland area. Our founders are two brothers who have extensive fortune 50 and 500 experience coupled with private equity experience focused on the risk exposures of acquiring, optimizing, and disposing of numerous portfolio companies in varied industries.

Jeff Kammer

Jeff heads the office in Chicago, serving Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and New Hampshire. He spent time with True Value Hardware dealing with store owners and understanding their needs to fashion marketing and product offerings that were most suitable to their locales and opportunities. He also developed an appreciation for their varied risk exposures over his 30 years with True Value. Jeff completed his MBA at DePaul in Chicago with a focus on marketing.

Keith Kammer

Keith runs the Atlanta office serving Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. He spent 20 years with UPS, leveraging his CPA license, to rise to Vice President of Finance. In his many and varied roles, he was responsible for managing the risk exposures of acquisitions and start-ups under the UPS brand. He spent the next 15 years managing portfolio companies of a top tier private equity firm. In this role, he was responsible for assessing the current exposures and coverages of acquisitions and the optimization of solutions once they had been acquired. Keith received his MBA from the University of Chicago and is a CPA license holder.
